Report on the Territory of Oklahoma. [1550] Recommends territorial government over Indian Territory; will not affect treaties of 1866 with the Choctaws, Chickasaws, Creeks, Cherokees, and Seminoles; also, the U.S. has not lost jurisdiction by treaties with the Great and Little Osages, Cheyennes, Arapahoes, Pottawatomies, Sacs, Foxes, Kiowas, and Comanches.
