Communication on the Winnebago Reservation. [1239] Said Indians from Minnesota after the Sioux uprising of 1862; at first removed to an unsuitable location in Dakota Territory; removed, then, to Nebraska, where they purchased a reserve from the Omahas, at their own expense.
